This Privacy Policy describes how MSA GROUP ENTERPRISES LLC (“the Company”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States, and the owner and operator of the Aiden VPN service (“Aiden VPN”, “the Service”), collects and processes information when you use our website, our Telegram bot and our VPN service. Our guiding principle is simple: we collect the minimum required to operate your subscription, and nothing about what you do online.

Who we are

What we do NOT collect

• We do not log the websites you visit, the apps you use or the contents of your traffic.
• We do not log DNS queries.
• We do not record your originating IP address together with your online activity.
• We do not sell, use or disclose any data to third parties — not for advertising, not for analytics, not for any other purpose. This applies to every category of data described below, and to the traffic passing through our VPN servers.

What we collect

• Account data. Depending on how you sign in: your Telegram account ID and username, your e-mail address, or the account identifier provided by Apple or Google. This is used solely to identify your subscription. If you sign in with Apple and choose to hide your e-mail, we only ever see the relay address Apple gives us. We never see your phone number or your Telegram messages outside our bot.
• Subscription data. Your plan, its start and expiry dates, and promo codes you activate.
• Payment records. Payments are processed by payment providers (the Faster Payments System (SBP) and other methods on their payment page) and by Telegram (Telegram Stars). The provider receives the amount, the payment description and a technical payer identifier; we store the amount, the payment method and the transaction outcome. We never receive or store your card details.
• Aggregate usage counters. Total traffic volume per subscription, used for fair-use and capacity planning. These counters contain no information about destinations or content.
• Support conversations. Messages you send to our support so we can help you.
• E-mail delivery records. If we have your e-mail address, we send you service messages (sign-in codes, payment receipts) and — unless you opt out — reminders about your subscription. For those reminders we record whether the message was opened and whether you followed a link in it, so we can tell which messages are useful and stop sending the ones that are not. Opening is measured with a small tracking image, so it is an upper estimate: some mail providers load that image for you. Every reminder carries an unsubscribe link, and one click stops them for good; service messages keep coming, otherwise you could not sign in.

Website

This website does not use analytics trackers or advertising cookies. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser and never leaves your device.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to run the Service: hosting providers for our servers, Cloudflare for DNS and web traffic protection, Telegram for the bot and Telegram Stars payments, payment providers that accept ruble payments (they receive the amount, the payment description and a technical payer identifier), and Resend (Resend Inc., United States) to deliver our e-mail. Resend receives your e-mail address and the contents of the messages we send you — that is what delivering mail requires. Each provider receives only the technical data inherently required to provide its function.

Data retention and deletion

Account and subscription data is kept while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us; we will delete everything not required by law to retain.

Security

All connections to the Service are encrypted. Access to our systems is restricted by key-based authentication, and databases are backed up in encrypted storage.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this address, with the date of the latest revision shown above.
